This month, the library is hosting a Johnny Appleseed collection curated by our own Jerry Tyson, affectionately known as Johnny Appleseed. Inspired by his role for Lison’s very own Johnny Appleseed, Jerry brings the folk hero to life through local and far-away handmade items and charming Disney-themed pieces. Stop in throughout September to view the display and read Jerry’s heartfelt poem celebrating the Johnny Appleseed Festival in Lisbon, Ohio.
